⑧ Quality Inspection

Select and refine high-quality ceramic clay, ensuring purity and plasticity for molding.
② Forming
Shape vessels using methods such as wheel throwing, slip casting, or jiggering to achieve precise dimensions and contours.
③ Drying
Air-dry formed pieces gradually to remove moisture and prevent cracking or deformation.
④ Bisque Firing
Load dried pieces into a kiln for initial firing, hardening the clay into durable bisqueware.
⑤ Glazing
Apply food-safe glaze by dipping, spraying, or brushing to achieve desired finish, color, and texture.
⑥ Glaze Firing
Fire glazed pieces at high temperature to fuse glaze and clay, resulting in a smooth, sealed, and vitrified surface.
⑦ Decoration & Finishing
Add custom designs, branding, or hand-painted details as specified. Optional polishing or special texturing is applied.
⑧ Quality Inspection
Check for defects in shape, glaze consistency, color accuracy, and structural integrity. Test for thermal stability and leak resistance if required.

🔹10.Production en série : Après réception de votre acompte, nous commençons la production en série de votre commande. Normalement, cela prend entre 20 et 25 jours ouvrables.
Paiement final : Une fois que vos marchandises sont produites et emballées, nous vous informons du règlement final. Dès réception du solde, nous préparons l'expédition.
