④ Bisque Firing
Load dried pieces into a kiln for initial firing, hardening the clay into durable bisqueware.
⑤ Glazing
Apply food-safe glaze by dipping, spraying, or brushing to achieve desired finish, color, and texture.
⑥ Glaze Firing
Fire glazed pieces at high temperature to fuse glaze and clay, resulting in a smooth, sealed, and vitrified surface.
⑦ Decoration & Finishing
Add custom designs, branding, or hand-painted details as specified. Optional polishing or special texturing is applied.
⑧ Quality Inspection

🔹5.Make Drawing: For customized mold requests, once we receive the mold fee, we'll start making detailed drawings based on your provided designs.
🔹6.Make Mold: After approving the drawings, we move forward with creating the mold. The production timeline is around 15 working days.
🔹7.Make Samples: With the mold ready, we begin making samples. It generally takes about 7 working days.
🔹8.Dispatch Samples: Completed samples will be sent to you via express courier services for your review and approval.
🔹9.Deposit Payment: Upon approval of the samples, the next step involves paying a deposit to confirm your order production.
🔹10.Bulk Production: Following receipt of your deposit, we commence the bulk production of your order. Normally it takes between 20-25 working days.
🔹11.Final Payment: Once your goods are produced and packed, we will notify you to settle the final payment. Upon receipt of the balance, we prepare for shipment.
